1st day: Yangon – INLE LAKE
After a morning flight from Yangon to Heho you will be picked up by our tour guide and taken straight to Inle Lake, where you will board a motorboat and be ferried to your designated hotel, on the trip savoring a taste of the charms this famous lake has in store. You will be able to visit a couple sights on the lake such as silk weaving workshops, Cheroot (famous Burmese cigars) production and gold and silver smiths while enjoying the fascinating scenery of houses on stilts amid floating gardens.

2 nights on Inle Lake.

2nd day: KAKKU
After breakfast you will be taken by boat to Nyaung Shwe or picked up directly by car from the hotel, proceeding via Taunggyi to Kakku. In Kakku are 2478 stupas around a Pagoda, which contains a relic of the last Buddha. It is an enjoyable trip through the land of the Pa-O tribe with many picturesque views. There may be time to enjoy a great view over Taunggyi, the Shan Plateau and Inle Lake from the top of a large steep mountain rising up behind Taunggyi. In the evening you will return to your hotel on Inle Lake.

3rd day: Inle Lake – KYAING TONG
After visiting the famous Five-day-market in one of the villages on the lake you will have time to visit the Phaung Daw U Pagoda, the holiest religious site in the southern area of the Shan State or the Nga Phe Monastery ("Monastery of the jumping cats") before being taken to Heho to fly to Kyaing Tong. After check in at the designated hotel, we will take a stroll through the city, notable for its distinct, more Chinese style of architecture and the beautiful lake in its centre.

2 nights stay in Kyaing Tong.

4th day: Kyaing Tong – HILL TRIBES
We will drive 1 hr east of Kyaing Tong to Pin Tauk and hike to villages of the Akkha and Ann hill tribes from where you can enjoy a terrific view of the plateau around Kyaing Tong. After lunch at Pin-Tauk waterfall we will visit Wan-Pauk, the village of a Silver-Palaung tribe and end the day with sunset at one of the hot springs near the city.

5th day: Kyaing Tong - Yangon
In the morning we will visit the large central market, a magnet for the surrounding tribes people. The next stop will be the famous Buffalo market just outside the city. In the afternoon you will be taken to the airport for your flight back to Yangon.
